Terms of Service

This privately owned site is not affiliated with government, a sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides an FCRA-covered service.

Nature of the Service

This private reference stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, or file documents. It points to St. Joseph County and Michigan public resources and may connect users with outside research tools.

Acceptable Use

Users must obey the law, must not stalk, harass, or threaten anyone, and must not attempt unauthorized access, run bots or scrapers, or disrupt access. Information may not be used for employment, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility choice.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report, and neither it nor ad partners offers screening services. Users agree not to use information for hiring or firing, tenant screening, creditworthiness, insurance premiums, licensing, government-program eligibility, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.

Outside Links

Links may reach rosters, booking sources, sheriff and corrections sites, public portals, legal aid, and outside search providers. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control their content, uptime, data practices, or terms.

No Warranties

Everything is provided “as is,” without a promise of accuracy, completeness, currency, continuous operation, freedom from errors or security flaws, or complete partner results. Custody and public records change often. Nothing here is an official government statement.

Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is not liable for damages arising from access or use. Users agree to hold the site harmless from claims, including reasonable legal fees, caused by their use or breach of these terms.

Ownership and Access

Site text, graphics, logos, and code belong to St. Joseph County Recent Arrests or its content partners and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission. Access may be limited or revoked at any time and without notice.

Changes and Michigan Law

Terms may be revised and take effect when posted. Michigan law governs, and disputes must be filed in Michigan courts. If one term is invalid, it will be adjusted only as needed and the rest will remain effective. Questions may be sent through Get in Touch.
